This animation for Renault Zoe uses a split screen animation to tell the endearing story of an ongoing competition between two neighbours. However one is an electric car owner, the other is an average car owner, the split screen is used to show their respective lifestyles in parallel.
Throughout the animation all the different features of Renault EVs are featured. Not only does the animation promote the benefits of the Renault Zoe but it also debunks the misconception that electric cars are less convenient and efficient than their petrol counterparts. Throughout the seasons change and so do the vehicles of the average car owner, becoming more and more outrageous.
Yukai Du one of our Designers, designed and art directed this piece which we at Bliink produced. Her rich, colourful and textured style brings this piece to life.
